{"id":19316,"date":"2017-09-27T17:02:34","date_gmt":"2017-09-27T20:02:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/?p=19316"},"modified":"2017-09-27T17:02:34","modified_gmt":"2017-09-27T20:02:34","slug":"oficio-circular-no-1222009-publ-11092009","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2017\/09\/27\/oficio-circular-no-1222009-publ-11092009\/","title":{"rendered":"OF\u00cdCIO-CIRCULAR N\u00ba 122\/2009 &#8211; PUBL. 11\/09\/2009"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO DO ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>CORREGEDORIA GERAL DA JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>OF\u00cdCIO-CIRCULAR N\u00ba 122\/2009<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Vit\u00f3ria\/ES, 04 de setembro de 2009.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sr. Tabeli\u00e3o de Notas:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que a Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 310\/2009 do Conselho Nacional de Tr\u00e2nsito, ao considerar a necessidade de adequar o documento Certificado de Registro de Ve\u00edculo &#8211; CRV a fim de torn\u00e1-lo mais eficaz, houve por bem determinar a obrigatoriedade do reconhecimento de firmas do adquirente e do vendedor do ve\u00edculo, exclusivamente na modalidade por \u201cautenticidade\u201d;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>, todavia, que a despeito da nova exig\u00eancia, o Conselho Nacional de Tr\u00e2nsito n\u00e3o alterou o espa\u00e7o destinado ao reconhecimento de firma de ambos os contratantes (vendedor e adquirente), assim impedimento o cumprimento da norma pelos Cart\u00f3rios de Tabelionato;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>, finalmente, a solu\u00e7\u00e3o entabulada entre a egr\u00e9gia Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a, por meio da Auditoria Interna, e a Diretoria Geral do DETRAN\/ES para solu\u00e7\u00e3o moment\u00e2nea do impasse;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>R E S O L V E<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>AUTORIZAR<\/strong>, provisoriamente, que os Cart\u00f3rios de Tabelionato ampliem o Certificado de Registro de Ve\u00edculo &#8211; CRV, com papel branco fixado no local destinado ao reconhecimento de firma, a fim de permitir a aposi\u00e7\u00e3o da segunda etiqueta de reconhecimento de firma e, ainda, do outro selo de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>DESEMBARGADOR ROMULO TADDEI<br \/>\nCorregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO DO ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A CORREGEDORIA GERAL DA JUSTI\u00c7A OF\u00cdCIO-CIRCULAR N\u00ba 122\/2009 Vit\u00f3ria\/ES, 04 de setembro de 2009.
