Sr. Desembargador Corregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o recebimento do Of\u00edcio n\u00ba 200\/2009, datado de 22 de setembro de 2009, da lavra da Excelent\u00edssima Senhora Desembargadora Rosimar Leite Carneiro, Corregedora-Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Piau\u00ed;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que referido Of\u00edcio solicita que os Merit\u00edssimos Ju\u00edzes de Direito deste Estado, n\u00e3o cumpram nem fa\u00e7am cumprir, sem pr\u00e9via consulta a Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Piau\u00ed, toda e qualquer CARTA PRECAT\u00d3RIA alusiva a desaliena\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos e\/ou a libera\u00e7\u00e3o de hipoteca de im\u00f3vel, liminar, tutela antecipalda e medidas cautelares que tenha sido expedida pelo Juiz de Direito da Comarca de Canto do Buriti-PI, Dr. C\u00cdCERO RODRIGUES FERREIRA DA SILVA;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RECOMENDO<\/strong> aos MM.
