{"id":19388,"date":"2017-09-28T16:53:53","date_gmt":"2017-09-28T19:53:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/?p=19388"},"modified":"2017-09-28T16:53:53","modified_gmt":"2017-09-28T19:53:53","slug":"oficio-circular-no-0012010-publ-28012010","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2017\/09\/28\/oficio-circular-no-0012010-publ-28012010\/","title":{"rendered":"OF\u00cdCIO-CIRCULAR N\u00ba 001\/2010 &#8211; PUBL. 28\/01\/2010"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>CORREGEDORIA GERAL DA JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>OF\u00cdCIO-CIRCULAR N\u00ba 001\/2010<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Vit\u00f3ria\/ES, 26 de janeiro de 2010<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">SENHORES(AS) JU\u00cdZES(AS), ESCRIV\u00c3ES\/CHEFES DE SECRETARIA, NOT\u00c1RIOS E REGISTRADORES:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que a Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a \u00e9 \u00f3rg\u00e3o de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, disciplina e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa, com jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o em todo o Estado, conforme art. 2\u00ba da Lei Complementar Estadual n\u00ba 83\/96 e art. 35 da Lei Complementar Estadual n\u00ba 234\/02;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a recente publica\u00e7\u00e3o do novo C\u00f3digo de Normas, efetivado mediante o Provimento n.\u00ba 029\/2009, publicado no DJ\/ES do dia 16.12.2009;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> as controv\u00e9rsias e d\u00favidas suscitadas na aplica\u00e7\u00e3o do novo C\u00f3digo de Normas;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a imperiosa necessidade de se aprimorar diversas disposi\u00e7\u00f5es contidas no novo C\u00f3digo de Normas;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba <\/strong>&#8211; <strong>DETERMINAR<\/strong> aos excelent\u00edssimos senhores(as) magistrados(as), assim como aos servidores do foro judicial e extrajudicial, que encaminhem \u00e0 <strong>COMISS\u00c3O REVISORA DO C\u00d3DIGO DE NORMAS<\/strong>, institu\u00edda mediante a <strong>Portaria n.\u00ba 008\/2010, no prazo de 10 (dez)dias<\/strong>, toda e qualquer sugest\u00e3o que possa aprimorar o C\u00f3digo de Normas disponibilizado no endere\u00e7o eletr\u00f4nico da Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a, a partir do dia 16.12.2009, conforme disposto no Provimento n.\u00ba 029\/2009.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a7 1\u00ba &#8211; As sugest\u00f5es dever\u00e3o ser encaminhadas para o email <a href=\"mailto:codigodenormas@tjes.jus.br\">codigodenormas@tjes.jus.br<\/a> .<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a7 2\u00ba &#8211; Em sendo invi\u00e1vel o uso do endere\u00e7o eletr\u00f4nico, a sugest\u00e3o poder\u00e1 ser encaminhada mediante correspond\u00eancia \u00e0 COMISS\u00c3O REVISORA DO C\u00d3DIGO DE NORMAS, aos cuidados do senhor <strong>CARLOS MAGNUS POLETTI<\/strong>, no seguinte endere\u00e7o: <strong>CORREGEDORIA GERAL DA JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong>, Pal\u00e1cio da Justi\u00e7a Des.
