Sr. Desembargador Corregedor Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o recebimento do Of\u00edcio Circular n\u00ba 033\/2010 &#8211; DA\/CJRMB (Protocolo n\u00ba 1011729) da lavra da Excelent\u00edssima Senhora Corregedora do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado da Regi\u00e3o Metropolitana de Bel\u00e9m, Desembargadora Eliana Rita Daher Abufaiad;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que referido Of\u00edcio se presta a informar que por for\u00e7a de norma interna (Provimento Conjunto n\u00ba 002\/2010-CGJRMB e CJCI) a Corregedoria de Justi\u00e7a daquele Estado n\u00e3o mais recepcionar\u00e1 expediente contendo solicita\u00e7\u00e3o para comunicar aos Oficiais de Registro de Im\u00f3veis sobre decreta\u00e7\u00e3o de indisponibilidade de bens, para efeito de averba\u00e7\u00e3o nos servi\u00e7os de registro imobili\u00e1rio, devendo a mesma ser realizada diretamente aos Oficiais;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RECOMENDO<\/strong> aos Ju\u00edzes de Direito Diretores dos F\u00f3runs, Not\u00e1rios e Registradores, Serventu\u00e1rios e a quem possa interessar, que observem o Provimento supra citado, e adotem as provid\u00eancias que entenderem pertinentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Cumpra-se.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria\/ES, 19 de abril de 2010.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>DES.
