Sr. Desembargador Corregedor Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o recebimento do Of\u00edcio n\u00ba 73\/2010, da lavra do Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Juiz de Direito da 5\u00aa Vara Criminal da Comarca de Vit\u00f3ria &#8211; Privativa das Execu\u00e7\u00f5es, Dr. Carlos Eduardo Ribeiro Lemos;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que referido Of\u00edcio se presta a comunicar acerca da \u201cEXIST\u00caNCIA DE MUITAS GUIAS REPETIDAS, EMITIDAS EM DUPLICIDADE PELOS JU\u00cdZOS PROCESSANTES\u201d, podendo gerar erro grave quando da confec\u00e7\u00e3o das cartas de libera\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RECOMENDO<\/strong> aos MM.
