Juiz de Direito Diretor de F\u00f3rum:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO <\/strong>ser a Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a \u00f3rg\u00e3o de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, disciplina e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa dos Juizados de Direito, com jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o em todo o Estado, conforme art. 2\u00ba da Lei Complementar Estadual n\u00ba 83\/96 e art. 35 da Lei Complementar Estadual n\u00ba 234\/02;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO <\/strong>que a interpreta\u00e7\u00e3o conjugada dos artigos 362, 363 e 364, todos do C\u00f3digo de Normas da CGJES, possibilita harmonizar os preceitos da Lei Estadual n\u00ba 4.847\/93 (Regimento de Custas do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo) \u00e0s disposi\u00e7\u00f5es constitucionais vigentes (CRFB\/1988, art. 5\u00ba, inc. XXXIV, al\u00ednea &#8220;b&#8221;), quanto \u00e0 cobran\u00e7a de custas pela expedi\u00e7\u00e3o de certid\u00f5es cartor\u00e1rias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO <\/strong>recente decis\u00e3o administrativa proferida no bojo do processo CGJES n.\u00ba 1010376.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba &#8211; DETERMINAR <\/strong>aos MM. Ju\u00edzes Diretores de F\u00f3rum que observem a disciplina estabelecida pelos artigos 362, 363 e 364, todos do C\u00f3digo de Normas da CGJES, no que tange \u00e0 emiss\u00e3o de certid\u00f5es cartor\u00e1rias para defesa de direitos e esclarecimento de situa\u00e7\u00f5es de interesse pessoal, independentemente do recolhimento de custas, a teor do art. 5\u00ba, inc. XXXIV, al\u00ednea &#8220;b&#8221;, da CRFB\/1988<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se. Registre-se. Cumpra-se.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>DES.
