N\u00ba 1018513<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(Favor mencionar essa refer\u00eancia)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prezado(a) Magistrado(a),<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pelo presente, venho comunicar a Vossa Excel\u00eancia que, nos autos da Reclama\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 4179\/RS (2010\/0079097-6), em tr\u00e2mite no Superior Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a, em que figuram como reclamante Banco Cruzeiro do Sul S\/A e reclamado 3\u00aa Turma Recursal C\u00edvel dos Juizados Especiais do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul, de Relatoria do Ministro Sidnei Beneti, foi deferida medida liminar para suspender a tramita\u00e7\u00e3o de todos os processos em tr\u00e2mite nos Juizados Especiais C\u00edveis, nos quais tenha sido estabelecida a mesma controv\u00e9rsia, qual seja, diverg\u00eancia com a jurisprud\u00eancia consolidada do Colendo STJ, no sentido de que \u201cas informa\u00e7\u00f5es prestadas via internet t\u00eam natureza meramente informativa, n\u00e3o possuindo, portanto, car\u00e1ter oficial\u201d, at\u00e9 o julgamento da reclama\u00e7\u00e3o acima mencionada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Cumpra-se.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Des.
