Diretora Judici\u00e1ria de Registro, Preparo e Distribui\u00e7\u00e3o do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Esp\u00edrito Santo informa que in\u00fameros autos de processos t\u00eam sido remetidos \u00e0 2\u00aa inst\u00e2ncia em desacordo \u00e0 exig\u00eancia referida;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o decidido no expediente CGJ n\u00ba 1016848;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>DETERMINA<\/strong> aos(\u00e0s) Srs.(Sras.) Chefes de Secretaria e Escriv\u00e3es(v\u00e3s) Judici\u00e1rios(as) que observem fielmente os termos do art. 345 do C\u00f3digo de Normas da Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a, abstendo-se de remeter \u00e0 2\u00aa inst\u00e2ncia autos com mais de 300 (trezentas) folhas por volume.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se.
