Sr. Presidente do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a, disp\u00f4s que &#8220;O expediente forense nas reparti\u00e7\u00f5es subordinadas ao Poder Judici\u00e1rio, ser\u00e1 excepcionalmente, nos dias 24 e 31\/12\/2010, no hor\u00e1rio das 7:00 \u00e0s 13:00 horas&#8221;;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que nas aludidas datas a procura pelos servi\u00e7os notariais e registrais tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 consideravelmente reduzida;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o princ\u00edpio da razoabilidade, que deve nortear o agir da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o P\u00fablica;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>AUTORIZA, de maneira excepcional, que o hor\u00e1rio de funcionamento dos servi\u00e7os notariais e registrais do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, nos dias 24 e 31\/12\/2010, seja das 7:00 \u00e0s 13:00 horas, com a ressalva de que dever\u00e1 ser afixado, nas depend\u00eancias das serventias, a partir do dia 20\/12\/2010, aviso vis\u00edvel alertando os usu\u00e1rios acerca desse hor\u00e1rio diferenciado de funcionamento nas aludidas datas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria\/ES, 16 de dezembro de 2010.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>DES.
