{"id":19658,"date":"2017-10-03T14:05:37","date_gmt":"2017-10-03T17:05:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/?p=19658"},"modified":"2017-10-03T14:05:38","modified_gmt":"2017-10-03T17:05:38","slug":"oficio-circular-no-1272011-publ-22022011","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2017\/10\/03\/oficio-circular-no-1272011-publ-22022011\/","title":{"rendered":"OF\u00cdCIO-CIRCULAR N\u00ba 127\/2011 &#8211; PUBL. 22\/02\/2011"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO DO ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>CORREGEDORIA GERAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>OF\u00cdCIO-CIRCULAR N\u00ba 127\/2011<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Vit\u00f3ria\/ES, 18 de fevereiro de 2011.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Senhores Ju\u00edzes de Direito:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que a Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a \u00e9 \u00f3rg\u00e3o de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, disciplina e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa, com jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o em todo o Estado, conforme art. 2\u00ba da Lei Complementar Estadual n\u00ba 83\/96 e art. 35 da Lei Complementar Estadual n\u00ba 234\/02;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o teor da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 106, de 06 de abril de 2010, do Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a, que disp\u00f5e sobre os crit\u00e9rios objetivos para aferi\u00e7\u00e3o do merecimento para promo\u00e7\u00e3o de Magistrados e acesso aos Tribunais de 2\u00ba grau e;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que nos termos do art. 12 da referida Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o, as Corregedorias-Gerais dos Tribunais centralizar\u00e3o a coleta de dados para avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de desempenho, fornecendo os mapas estat\u00edsticos para os Magistrados avaliadores;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>, finalmente, a necessidade de se manter atualizadas as fichas funcionais, sob pena de preju\u00edzo ao pr\u00f3prio Magistrado, por ocasi\u00e3o da publica\u00e7\u00e3o de Edital de promo\u00e7\u00e3o e\/ou remo\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba <\/strong>&#8211; <strong>CIENTIFICAR<\/strong> os MM. Ju\u00edzes de Direito do Poder Judici\u00e1rio do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo acerca das prescri\u00e7\u00f5es constantes na Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 106, de 06 de abril de 2010, do Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba <\/strong>&#8211; <strong>DETERMINAR<\/strong> aos MM. Ju\u00edzes de Direito do Poder Judici\u00e1rio do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo que revisem e atualizem, mensalmente, as informa\u00e7\u00f5es constantes em suas fichas funcionais, a fim de otimizar a coleta de dados pela Corregedoria, visando empreender maior agilidade ao processo de promo\u00e7\u00e3o por merecimento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se.
