Ju\u00edzes de Direito das Varas Criminais do Poder Judici\u00e1rio do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo que informem a esta E. Corregedoria Geral de Justi\u00e7a, impreterivelmente at\u00e9 o dia 13 de maio de 2011, por meio do e-mail funcional <a href=\"mailto:cao@tjes.jus.br\">cao@tjes.jus.br<\/a>, o n\u00famero de armas de fogo apreendidas nos anos 2008, 2009 e 2010 e que foram encaminhadas ao Comando do Ex\u00e9rcito, para destrui\u00e7\u00e3o ou doa\u00e7\u00e3o aos \u00f3rg\u00e3os de seguran\u00e7a p\u00fablica ou \u00e0s For\u00e7as Armadas, nos termos do art. 25 da Lei n\u00ba 10.826\/03.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se.
