{"id":20085,"date":"2017-10-16T12:37:01","date_gmt":"2017-10-16T14:37:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/?p=20085"},"modified":"2017-10-16T12:37:01","modified_gmt":"2017-10-16T14:37:01","slug":"oficio-circular-cgjes-no-1342017-publ-16102017","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2017\/10\/16\/oficio-circular-cgjes-no-1342017-publ-16102017\/","title":{"rendered":"OF\u00cdCIO CIRCULAR CGJES N\u00ba 134\/2017 &#8211; PUBL. 16\/10\/2017"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>OF\u00cdCIO CIRCULAR CGJES N.\u00ba 134\/2017<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">(<em>Processo CGJES n.\u00ba 201701439519<\/em>)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Desembargador <strong>RONALDO GON\u00c7ALVES DE SOUSA<\/strong>, Corregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es e,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que a Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a \u00e9 \u00f3rg\u00e3o de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, disciplina e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa do foro judicial e extrajudicial, com jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o em todo o Estado, conforme art. 35 da Lei Complementar Estadual n.\u00ba 234\/2002 (COJES) c\/c art. 37 da Lei 9.835\/94 (LNR);<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO o advento da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.planalto.gov.br\/ccivil_03\/_ato2015-2018\/2017\/lei\/l13484.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lei n.\u00ba 13.484\/2017<\/a>, publicada em 27\/09\/2017, a qual conferiu nova reda\u00e7\u00e3o ao art. 110 da <a href=\"http:\/\/www.planalto.gov.br\/CCIVIL_03\/LEIS\/L6015consolidado.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lei n.\u00ba 6.015\/73<\/a>, a Lei de Registros P\u00fablicos (LRP).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que referida altera\u00e7\u00e3o legislativa introduziu modifica\u00e7\u00f5es no procedimento de retifica\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa\/extrajudicial de registro civil de pessoas naturais (LRP, art. 110).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO, p<\/strong>or fim, a delibera\u00e7\u00e3o havida acerca do tema nos autos do <em>Processo CGJES n.\u00ba 201701439519<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ORIENTAR<\/strong> as Senhoras e Senhores Oficiais do Registro Civil de Pessoas Naturais que observem as recentes altera\u00e7\u00f5es introduzidas pela <a href=\"https:\/\/www.planalto.gov.br\/ccivil_03\/_ato2015-2018\/2017\/lei\/l13484.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lei n.\u00ba 13.484\/2017<\/a>, publicada em 27\/09\/2017, na <a href=\"http:\/\/www.planalto.gov.br\/CCIVIL_03\/LEIS\/L6015consolidado.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lei n.\u00ba 6.015\/73<\/a>, a Lei de Registros P\u00fablicos (LRP), em especial, as modifica\u00e7\u00f5es operadas no procedimento de retifica\u00e7\u00e3o administrativo\/extrajudicial de registro civil de pessoas naturais, que passou a dispensar a obten\u00e7\u00e3o de pr\u00e9via autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o judicial ou manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico nos casos previstos no art. 110 da LRP.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se.
