{"id":20125,"date":"2017-10-16T17:38:04","date_gmt":"2017-10-16T19:38:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/?p=20125"},"modified":"2017-10-16T17:38:04","modified_gmt":"2017-10-16T19:38:04","slug":"oficio-circular-no-1722011-publ-22062011","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2017\/10\/16\/oficio-circular-no-1722011-publ-22062011\/","title":{"rendered":"OF\u00cdCIO-CIRCULAR N\u00ba 172\/2011 &#8211; PUBL. 22\/06\/2011"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>CORREGEDORIA GERAL DA JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>OF\u00cdCIO-CIRCULAR N\u00ba 172\/2011<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Vit\u00f3ria\/ES, 20 de junho de 2011.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Senhores Oficiais de Registro Civil de Pessoas Naturais localizados nos Munic\u00edpios de Vit\u00f3ria, Vila Velha, Serra, Cariacica e Viana:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que a Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a \u00e9 \u00f3rg\u00e3o de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, disciplina e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa, com jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o em todo o Estado, conforme art. 2\u00ba da Lei Complementar Estadual n\u00ba 83\/96 e art. 35 da Lei Complementar Estadual n\u00ba 234\/02;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o que disp\u00f5e os arts. 1\u00ba, 528, 531, \u00a71\u00ba e 979, todos do C\u00f3digo de Normas da Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba <\/strong>&#8211; <strong>AUTORIZAR<\/strong> os Cart\u00f3rios de Registro Civil das Pessoas Naturais localizados nos Munic\u00edpios integrantes da Grande Vit\u00f3ria (Vit\u00f3ria, Vila Velha, Serra, Cariacica e Viana) a instalar-se, no <strong>dia 09 de outubro de 2011<\/strong>, na \u201cPra\u00e7a do Papa\u201d, em Vit\u00f3ria\/ES, para fins de participa\u00e7\u00e3o no <strong>3\u00ba Encontro Estadual de Desenvolvimento Comunit\u00e1rio<\/strong>, especialmente no que se refere \u00e0 presta\u00e7\u00e3o de aux\u00edlio para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de casamento comunit\u00e1rio previsto para ocorrer quando da realiza\u00e7\u00e3o daquele evento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba <\/strong>&#8211; <strong>ORIENTAR<\/strong> os referidos cart\u00f3rios a escolher, de comum acordo, um juiz de paz para represent\u00e1-los quando da realiza\u00e7\u00e3o da cerim\u00f4nia matrimonial coletiva.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se.
