Ju\u00edzes de Direito do Poder Judici\u00e1rio do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo acerca das prescri\u00e7\u00f5es constantes na Recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 36, de 12 de julho de 2011, do Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a, que orienta aos Tribunais a ado\u00e7\u00e3o de medidas visando a melhor subsidiar os Magistrados e demais operadores do direito, com vistas a assegurar maior efici\u00eancia na solu\u00e7\u00e3o das demandas judiciais envolvendo a assist\u00eancia \u00e0 sa\u00fade suplementar;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba <\/strong>&#8211; <strong>ORIENTAR<\/strong> os MM. Ju\u00edzes de Direito do Poder Judici\u00e1rio do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo para que oficiem, quando cab\u00edvel e poss\u00edvel, \u00e0 Ag\u00eancia Nacional de Sa\u00fade Suplementar (ANS), \u00e0 Ag\u00eancia Nacional de Vigil\u00e2ncia Sanit\u00e1ria (ANVISA), ao Conselho Federal de Medicina (CFM) e ao Conselho Federal de Odontologia (CFO), para se manifestarem acerca da mat\u00e9ria debatida dentro das atribui\u00e7\u00f5es de cada \u00f3rg\u00e3o, espec\u00edfica e respectivamente sobre obriga\u00e7\u00f5es regulamentares das operadoras, medicamentos, materiais, \u00f3rteses, pr\u00f3teses e tratamentos experimentais.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se.
