{"id":20195,"date":"2017-10-17T14:49:39","date_gmt":"2017-10-17T16:49:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/?p=20195"},"modified":"2017-10-17T14:49:39","modified_gmt":"2017-10-17T16:49:39","slug":"oficio-circular-no-2002011-publ-25082011","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2017\/10\/17\/oficio-circular-no-2002011-publ-25082011\/","title":{"rendered":"OF\u00cdCIO-CIRCULAR N\u00ba 200\/2011 &#8211; PUBL. 25\/08\/2011"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>CORREGEDORIA GERAL DA JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>OF\u00cdCIO-CIRCULAR N\u00ba 200\/2011<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria\/ES, 24 de agosto de 2011<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>SENHORES DELEGAT\u00c1RIOS INTERINOS E INTERVENTORES DAS SERVENTIAS NOTARIAIS E DE REGISTRO DO ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO,<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> ser a Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a \u00f3rg\u00e3o de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, disciplina e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa, com jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o em todo o Estado, conforme art. 2\u00ba da Lei Complementar Estadual n\u00ba 83\/96 e art. 35 da Lei Complementar Estadual n\u00ba 234\/02;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cnj.jus.br\/busca-atos-adm?documento=2441\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Provimento n.\u00ba 14<\/a>, editado pelo Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a, que disp\u00f5e sobre a emiss\u00e3o de certid\u00f5es pelos Oficiais de Registro Civil das Pessoas Naturais em papel de seguran\u00e7a unificado, fornecido pela Casa da Moeda do Brasil;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a reuni\u00e3o realizada no dia 23.08.2011 com o Juiz Auxiliar da Corregedoria Nacional de Justi\u00e7a, doutor JOS\u00c9 ANT\u00d4NIO DE PAULA SANTOS NETO;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>R E S O L V E :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1.<strong> DETERMINAR<\/strong> aos Oficiais de Registro Civil das Pessoas Naturais que informem \u00e0 CGJ-ES, no prazo de 10 (dez) dias, se j\u00e1 est\u00e3o utilizando o papel de seguran\u00e7a unificado, fornecido pela Casa da Moeda do Brasil, para expedi\u00e7\u00e3o de certid\u00f5es de nascimento, casamento e \u00f3bito, com estrita observ\u00e2ncia dos modelos editados pela Corregedoria Nacional de Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1.1. Em sendo negativa a resposta formulada no item 1, informar se j\u00e1 houve requisi\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Casa da Moeda do papel de seguran\u00e7a unificado e, em tendo sido, se o fornecimento foi efetivado;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2 . <strong>ALERTAR<\/strong> aos Oficiais de Registro Civil das Pessoas Naturais que o uso do papel de seguran\u00e7a unificado ser\u00e1 nacionalmente obrigat\u00f3rio a partir de 1\u00ba de janeiro de 2012, admitindo-se a antecipa\u00e7\u00e3o no seu uso antes desta data, com a ressalva de que expedida a primeira certid\u00e3o com o uso do mesmo, \u00e9 vedada a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de qualquer outro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3 . As respostas aos itens 1 e 1.1 devem ser encaminhadas para o endere\u00e7o eletr\u00f4nico serventiaextrajudicial@tjes.jus.br, aos cuidados do senhor MARCOS ROSI MARINHO;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4 .
