{"id":20226,"date":"2017-10-17T16:53:00","date_gmt":"2017-10-17T18:53:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/?p=20226"},"modified":"2017-10-17T16:53:00","modified_gmt":"2017-10-17T18:53:00","slug":"oficio-circular-no-2192011-publ-26102011","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2017\/10\/17\/oficio-circular-no-2192011-publ-26102011\/","title":{"rendered":"OF\u00cdCIO-CIRCULAR N\u00ba 219\/2011 &#8211; PUBL. 26\/10\/2011"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>CORREGEDORIA GERAL DA JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>OF\u00cdCIO-CIRCULAR N\u00ba 219\/2011<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria\/ES, 21 de outubro de 2011.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Senhores Oficiais dos Cart\u00f3rios de Registro Civil de Pessoas Naturais do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que a Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a \u00e9 \u00f3rg\u00e3o de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, disciplina e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa, com jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o em todo o Estado, conforme art. 35 da Lei Complementar Estadual n\u00ba 234\/02;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o que disp\u00f5e o art. 68 da Lei n\u00ba 8.212\/91;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o requerimento do Sr. Benedito Adalberto Brunca, Diretor de Benef\u00edcios da Previd\u00eancia Social &#8211; INSS, solicitando deste \u00d3rg\u00e3o Censor, o apoio no sentido de acionar os Cart\u00f3rios de Registro Civil de Pessoas Naturais do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo para cumprir as determina\u00e7\u00f5es legais insertas na Lei n\u00ba 8.212\/91.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba <\/strong>&#8211; Os Oficiais dos Cart\u00f3rios de Registro Civil de Pessoas Naturais dever\u00e3o observar sua obriga\u00e7\u00e3o de comunicar, ao INSS, at\u00e9 o dia 10 de cada m\u00eas, o registro dos \u00f3bitos ocorridos no m\u00eas imediatamente anterior, sujeitando-se a multa em caso de descumprimento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba <\/strong>&#8211; Os Cart\u00f3rios dever\u00e3o ainda evitar ac\u00famulo de trabalho no in\u00edcio de cada m\u00eas e permitir que os dados enviados sejam revistos para diminuir o envio de informa\u00e7\u00f5es inexatas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 3\u00ba <\/strong>&#8211; As serventias de Registro Civil de Pessoas Naturais dever\u00e3o encaminhar a Previd\u00eancia Social &#8211; INSS c\u00f3pia do comprovante de pagamento da obriga\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o tribut\u00e1ria disposta no artigo 68 da Lei n\u00ba 8.212\/91.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 4\u00ba <\/strong>&#8211; Os Cart\u00f3rios comunicar\u00e3o a esta Corregedoria, no prazo de 30 dias ap\u00f3s a publica\u00e7\u00e3o deste Of\u00edcio, a sua adimpl\u00eancia perante o INSS.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se<\/strong>.
