Sr. Desembargador Corregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que a Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo \u00e9 \u00f3rg\u00e3o de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, disciplina e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa, com jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o em todo Estado, conforme art. 2\u00ba da Lei complementar Estadual N\u00ba 83\/96.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que a Lei Complementar Estadual N\u00ba 219\/01, constituiu o Fundo Especial do Poder Judici\u00e1rio do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo \u2013 FUNEPJ, centralizando todas as receitas do Poder Judici\u00e1rio em uma \u00fanica conta banc\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa RFB\/STN n\u00ba 1.257\/12, que disp\u00f5e sobre o n\u00famero de inscri\u00e7\u00e3o CNPJ, unificando-o ao n\u00famero principal da gestora de or\u00e7amento;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>DETERMINAR<\/strong> aos Ju\u00edzes de Direito Diretores dos F\u00f3runs que procedam \u00e0 baixa, caso ainda possua em sua Comarca, do Cadastro Nacional das Pessoas Jur\u00eddicas \u2013 CNPJ.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>DETERMINAR<\/strong> o encerramento de qualquer conta banc\u00e1ria vinculada ao CNPJ da Comarca e da Contadoria que utilizem o CNPJ do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Des.
