{"id":20695,"date":"2017-11-01T12:24:53","date_gmt":"2017-11-01T14:24:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/?p=20695"},"modified":"2017-11-01T12:24:53","modified_gmt":"2017-11-01T14:24:53","slug":"ato-normativo-no-1662017-disp-01112017","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2017\/11\/01\/ato-normativo-no-1662017-disp-01112017\/","title":{"rendered":"ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 166\/2017 &#8211; DISP. 01\/11\/2017"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>GABINETE DA PRESID\u00caNCIA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 166\/2017<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador Annibal de Rezende Lima, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o disposto no art. 58, da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 15\/95 \u2013 Regimento Interno do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo \u2013 que atribui ao Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a compet\u00eancia geral para exercer a superintend\u00eancia de todo servi\u00e7o judici\u00e1rio, na qualidade de Chefe do Poder Judici\u00e1rio Estadual;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a indisponibilidade dos sistemas eletr\u00f4nicos e do site deste Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a, em virtude de queda abrupta no fornecimento de energia el\u00e9trica ocorrida \u00e0s 22h06 do dia 30 de Outubro do corrente na sede deste Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o disposto na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2016\/09\/14\/resolucao-cnj-no-185-de-18122013\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 185\/2013<\/a>, do Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a persist\u00eancia, na data de hoje, de instabilidade dos referidos sistemas eletr\u00f4nicos;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>I &#8211; CONSIDERAR SUSPENSOS<\/strong> os prazos processuais com rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos processos que tramitam no Sistema PJe no dia 30 de Outubro de 2017.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>II &#8211; SUSPENDER<\/strong> os prazos processuais em todo o Poder Judici\u00e1rio do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo no dia 31 de Outubro de 2017, ressalvando-se, contudo, eventuais atos praticados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria, 31 de Outubro de 2017.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Des.
