Sr\u00aa. Dr\u00aa. Elaine Cristine de Carvalho Miranda, MM\u00aa. Ju\u00edza de Direito Diretora do Foro da Comarca de Pinheiros, que comunicam a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de reformas no pr\u00e9dio do F\u00f3rum no per\u00edodo compreendido entre 13 a 17 de Novembro do corrente, inviabilizando, assim, o regular desempenho das atividades forenses;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>DETERMINAR<\/strong> a suspens\u00e3o do atendimento ao p\u00fablico e dos prazos processuais na Comarca de Pinheiros, no per\u00edodo compreendido entre 13 a 17 de Novembro de 2017, ressalvando-se, contudo, a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o das audi\u00eancias designadas e a aprecia\u00e7\u00e3o das medidas urgentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria, 13 de Novembro de 2017.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Des.
