Sr. Dr. Ivo Nascimento Barbosa, MM. Juiz de Direito Diretor do Foro da Comarca de Nova Ven\u00e9cia, que comunica a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de reformas no pr\u00e9dio do F\u00f3rum, notadamente servi\u00e7os de pintura no cart\u00f3rio da 2\u00aa Vara Criminal da referida Comarca, inviabilizando, assim, o regular desempenho das atividades forenses;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>DETERMINAR<\/strong> a suspens\u00e3o do atendimento ao p\u00fablico e dos prazos processuais na 2\u00aa Vara Criminal da Comarca de Nova Ven\u00e9cia, nos dias 20, 21 e 22 de Novembro de 2017, ressalvando-se, contudo, a aprecia\u00e7\u00e3o das medidas urgentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria, 20 de Novembro de 2017.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Des.
