{"id":21244,"date":"2017-11-28T12:50:36","date_gmt":"2017-11-28T14:50:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/?p=21244"},"modified":"2017-11-28T12:50:36","modified_gmt":"2017-11-28T14:50:36","slug":"resolucao-no-292017-disp-28112017","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2017\/11\/28\/resolucao-no-292017-disp-28112017\/","title":{"rendered":"RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 29\/2017 &#8211; DISP. 28\/11\/2017"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 29\/2017<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador ANNIBAL DE REZENDE LIMA, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e regimentais, e tendo em vista DECIS\u00c3O do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal Pleno, em sess\u00e3o realizada no dia 16\/11\/2017,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o <em>caput <\/em>do artigo 3\u00ba da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2017\/01\/26\/resolucao-no-0012007-conselho-publ-em-02052007\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o TJES n\u00ba 001\/2007<\/a>, que regulamenta a concess\u00e3o do aux\u00edlio sa\u00fade aos Magistrados deste Poder Judici\u00e1rio;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o que estabelece o \u00a7 1\u00ba, do artigo 3\u00ba, da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2017\/02\/16\/resolucao-no-362011-publ-em-18072011\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o TJES n\u00ba 036\/11<\/a>, que trata da assist\u00eancia \u00e0 sa\u00fade dos Servidores deste Poder Judici\u00e1rio;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a disponibilidade or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria e financeira da unidade \u201cTribunal de Justi\u00e7a\u201d para o exerc\u00edcio de 2017, autorizada pela Lei n\u00ba 10.614\/16 (Lei Or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria Anual) e ainda, as condi\u00e7\u00f5es estabelecidas na proposta or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria da mesma unidade para o exerc\u00edcio de 2018,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba <\/strong>&#8211; Reajustar em 9,7% (nove v\u00edrgula sete por cento) os valores do aux\u00edlio-sa\u00fade concedido aos Magistrados e Servidores do Poder Judici\u00e1rio do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba <\/strong>&#8211; Esta Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, com efeitos financeiros a partir de 01 de novembro de 2017.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria, 21 de novembro de 2017.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Des.
