Sr. Dr. Marcelo Menezes Loureiro, MM. Juiz de Direito Diretor do Foro do Ju\u00edzo de Vit\u00f3ria, que comunica a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de reformas na 1\u00aa Vara C\u00edvel do referido Ju\u00edzo, notadamente servi\u00e7os de pintura, inviabilizando, assim, o regular desempenho das atividades forenses;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>DETERMINAR<\/strong> a suspens\u00e3o do expediente forense na 1\u00aa Vara C\u00edvel do Ju\u00edzo de Vit\u00f3ria nos dias 22, 23 e 24 de Novembro de 2017, restando, de conseguinte, suspensos os atos e prazos processuais nas referidas datas, devendo a aprecia\u00e7\u00e3o das medidas urgentes ser realizada nos termos das Resolu\u00e7\u00f5es n\u00bas. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2017\/02\/22\/resolucao-no-482012-publ-em-25102012-republicada\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">048\/2012<\/a> e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2017\/05\/15\/resolucao-no-152017-disp-15052017\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">015\/2017<\/a>, ambas deste Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria, 27 de Novembro de 2017.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Des.
