Sr. Dr. Arion Merg\u00e1r, MM. Juiz de Direito Diretor do Foro da Comarca de Alfredo Chaves, que comunica a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de reformas no pr\u00e9dio do F\u00f3rum, notadamente servi\u00e7os de pintura, inviabilizando, assim, o regular desempenho das atividades forenses;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>DETERMINAR<\/strong> a suspens\u00e3o do expediente forense na Comarca de Alfredo Chaves nos dias 22, 23, 24, 27 e 28 de Novembro de 2017, restando, de conseguinte, suspensos os atos e prazos processuais nas referidas datas, devendo a aprecia\u00e7\u00e3o das medidas urgentes ser realizada pelo Ju\u00edzo de Guarapari, nos termos do artigo 1\u00ba, IX, da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2017\/02\/22\/resolucao-no-482012-publ-em-25102012-republicada\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 048\/2012<\/a>, deste Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria, 27 de Novembro de 2017.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Des.
