CGJES n.\u00ba 201700483119<\/em>)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Desembargador <strong>RONALDO GON\u00c7ALVES DE SOUSA<\/strong>, Corregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es e,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que a Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a \u00e9 \u00f3rg\u00e3o de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, disciplina e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa do foro judicial e extrajudicial, com jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o em todo o Estado, conforme art. 35 da Lei Complementar Estadual n.\u00ba 234\/2002 (COJES);<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que \u00e0 Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a compete dirimir d\u00favidas suscitadas sobre a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o da Lei Estadual n.\u00ba 9.974\/2013, o Novo Regimento de Custas do Poder Judici\u00e1rio do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo (art. 31).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>, por fim, a delibera\u00e7\u00e3o havida nos autos do <em>Processo CGJES n.\u00ba 201700483119<\/em>, acerca do tema da obrigatoriedade do recolhimento de custas pr\u00e9vias nos of\u00edcios da Inf\u00e2ncia e Juventude, quando as partes n\u00e3o forem menores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ORIENTAR <\/strong>aos MM. Ju\u00edzes de Direito deste Estado com compet\u00eancia especializada em mat\u00e9ria de Inf\u00e2ncia e Juventude que, na hip\u00f3tese de crian\u00e7a(s) e(ou) adolescente(s) figurar(em) no polo ativo ou passivo de a\u00e7\u00f5es sob sua compet\u00eancia, observem a nota t\u00e9cnica que segue anexa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se.
