Decis\u00e3o\/Of\u00edcio CMFE N\u00ba 0621\/2017, proferida nos autos do Processo Administrativo Disciplinar n\u00ba 2015.00.549.709, desta Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a, bem como o v. ac\u00f3rd\u00e3o lavrado pelo Recurso Administrativo n\u00ba 0018753-16.2017.8.08.000 Conselho da Magistratura, que manteve a r. decis\u00e3o proferida pelo Exmo. Sr. Corregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a. Outrossim, acorda Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal Pleno, n\u00e3o reconhecer do recurso administrativo em ep\u00edgrafe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><strong>R<\/strong><strong>ESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><strong>Aplicar<\/strong> <strong>ao Sr. Dihlo Fernandes Teixeira<\/strong>, Delegat\u00e1rio Titular do Cart\u00f3rio do 3\u00ba Of\u00edcio (Tabelionato) da Comarca de Vila Velha\/ES, a pena de suspens\u00e3o pelo per\u00edodo de<strong> 90 (noventa) dias<\/strong>, tudo de acordo com disposto no artigo 32, III, da Lei n\u00ba 8.935\/94.
