{"id":21916,"date":"2018-01-10T11:55:51","date_gmt":"2018-01-10T13:55:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/?p=21916"},"modified":"2018-01-10T11:56:52","modified_gmt":"2018-01-10T13:56:52","slug":"oficio-circular-no-0012018-disp-10012018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2018\/01\/10\/oficio-circular-no-0012018-disp-10012018\/","title":{"rendered":"OF\u00cdCIO \u2013 CIRCULAR N\u00ba 001\/2018 &#8211; DISP. 10\/01\/2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ESTADO DO ESPIRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>CORREGEDORIA-GERAL DA JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>OF\u00cdCIO \u2013 CIRCULAR N\u00ba 001\/2018<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Desembargador Samuel Meira Brasil Junior, Corregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO <\/strong>ser a Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a \u00f3rg\u00e3o de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, disciplina e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa com jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o em todo o Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, conforme art. 35 da Lei Complementar Estadual n\u00ba 234\/02;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO <\/strong>que o <strong>artigo 3\u00ba do Decreto Estadual n\u00ba 4189-R<\/strong>, publicado no Di\u00e1rio Oficial de 21 de dezembro de 2017, fixou o valor da VRTE a vigorar no ano de 2018 em R$3,2726 (tr\u00eas reais e dois mil e setecentos e vinte e seis d\u00e9cimos de mil\u00e9simo de centavos).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>REFERENDAR <\/strong>os Atos n\u00bas <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2017\/12\/19\/ato-no-1142017\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">114<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2017\/12\/19\/ato-no-1152017\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">115<\/a> e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2017\/12\/19\/ato-no-1162017\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">116<\/a> de 2017, como tamb\u00e9m o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2018\/01\/09\/oficio-circular-no-1622017-disp-09012018\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Of\u00edcio-Circular n\u00ba 162\/2017<\/a>, publicados no Di\u00e1rio da Justi\u00e7a em 9 de janeiro de 2018.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Vit\u00f3ria\/ES, 9 de janeiro de 2018.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>DES.
