Sr. Desembargador S\u00c9RGIO BIZZOTTO PESSOA DE MENDON\u00c7A, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais,<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>\u00a0a necessidade de se ampliar as oportunidades para o cumprimento da determina\u00e7\u00e3o do Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a (CNJ) no sentido de que pelo menos 50% (cinquenta por cento) dos cargos em comiss\u00e3o dever\u00e3o ser destinados a servidores das carreiras judici\u00e1rias;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>\u00a0a necessidade de atualizar as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es constantes do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2017\/04\/03\/ato-normativo-no-052006-publ-06022006\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ato Normativo n\u00ba 05\/2006<\/a> em face das novas diretrizes normativas sobre a mat\u00e9ria;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><strong>Revogar<\/strong>\u00a0o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2017\/04\/03\/ato-normativo-no-052006-publ-06022006\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ato Normativo n\u00ba 05\/2006<\/a>, publicado no Di\u00e1rio da Justi\u00e7a de 06 de fevereiro de 2006.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">Vit\u00f3ria\/ES, 16 de junho de 2014.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"CENTER\"><strong>S\u00c9RGIO BIZZOTTO PESSOA DE MENDON\u00c7A<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>PRESIDENTE<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A Presid\u00eancia ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 110\/2014 O Exmo.
