DISP. 20\/02\/2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>CORREGEDORIA GERAL DA JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>OF\u00cdCIO CIRCULAR N.\u00ba 20\/2018<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Senhores Delegat\u00e1rios respons\u00e1veis pelos Servi\u00e7os de Registro de Im\u00f3veis do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Desembargador <strong>SAMUEL MEIRA BRASIL JR.<\/strong>, Corregedor Geral da Justi\u00e7a, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es, e<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO <\/strong>que a Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a \u00e9 \u00f3rg\u00e3o de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, disciplina e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa, com jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o em todo o Estado, conforme art. 7\u00ba do C\u00f3digo de Normas, art. 35 da Lei Complementar Estadual n\u00ba 234\/02 e art. 37 da Lei Federal n\u00ba 8.935\/94;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que a Corregedoria Nacional de Justi\u00e7a, em pedido de provid\u00eancias n.\u00ba 0009830-24.2017.2.00.0000, visa ao atendimento da Meta 19, apresentada no I Encontro de Corregedores do Servi\u00e7o Extrajudicial, em 07.12.2017;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO <\/strong>que a meta em refer\u00eancia tem como pressuposto unificar o sistema registral brasileiro, uma vez que na vig\u00eancia do Decreto n.\u00ba 4.857\/39, revogado pela <a href=\"http:\/\/www.planalto.gov.br\/CCIVIL_03\/LEIS\/L6015consolidado.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lei n.\u00ba 6.015\/73<\/a>, os t\u00edtulos relativos a im\u00f3veis eram transcritos ou inscritos nos livros competentes, e n\u00e3o matriculados;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO <\/strong>a Decis\u00e3o proferida nos autos do processo CGJES n\u00ba 2018.00.105.332;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>DETERMINAR, <\/strong>que os Delegat\u00e1rios adotem todas as medidas necess\u00e1rias para o fiel cumprimento do art. 171, par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico;
