Desembargador <strong>RONALDO GON\u00c7ALVES DE SOUSA, <\/strong>Corregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es e,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> ser a Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a \u00f3rg\u00e3o de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa das serventias judiciais com jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o em todo o Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, conforme disp\u00f5e o artigo 7\u00ba do C\u00f3digo de Normas;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO <\/strong>a decis\u00e3o do ent\u00e3o Corregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a, Des. Carlos Henrique Rios do Amaral, onde foi feita sugest\u00e3o de normatiza\u00e7\u00e3o da obrigatoriedade de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o completa e leg\u00edvel do recebedor, no ju\u00edzo de 1\u00ba grau, dos pedidos de informa\u00e7\u00f5es, notifica\u00e7\u00f5es e intima\u00e7\u00f5es emanadas da Inst\u00e2ncia ou do \u00d3rg\u00e3o Superior, devendo ser consignado, no aviso de recebimento, al\u00e9m da data do envio do expediente, o nome leg\u00edvel, o cargo e o n\u00famero do documento de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o do recebedor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>DETERMINAR<\/strong> que os MMs. Ju\u00edzes de Direito e Servidores do Poder Judici\u00e1rio do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, quando receberem aviso de recebimento \u201cAR\u201d, preencham todos os campos constantes na guia direcionados a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o do recebedor, fazendo constar, inclusive, o n\u00famero de matr\u00edcula e o cargo ocupado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se.
