{"id":22971,"date":"2018-03-01T12:14:02","date_gmt":"2018-03-01T15:14:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/?p=22971"},"modified":"2018-03-01T12:16:26","modified_gmt":"2018-03-01T15:16:26","slug":"provimento-no-05-2018-disp-01-03-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2018\/03\/01\/provimento-no-05-2018-disp-01-03-2018\/","title":{"rendered":"PROVIMENTO CGJES N\u00ba 05\/2018 &#8211; DISP. 01\/03\/2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>CORREGEDORIA GERAL DA JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PROVIMENTO N.\u00ba 05\/2018<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Suspende a efic\u00e1cia do Provimento CGJES n.\u00ba 20\/2017, que instituiu o novo C\u00f3digo de Normas.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador <strong>SAMUEL MEIRA BRASIL JR.<\/strong>, Corregedor Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a publica\u00e7\u00e3o do Novo C\u00f3digo de Normas por esta Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a, por meio do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2017\/12\/11\/provimento-no-202017-disp-11122017-republicacao\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Provimento CGJES n.\u00ba 20\/2017<\/a> (DJES em 07\/12\/2017) e a publica\u00e7\u00e3o do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2017\/12\/19\/provimento-no-212017-disp-11012018\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Provimento CGJES n.\u00ba 21\/2017<\/a> (DJES, 10\/01\/18) que prorrogou o in\u00edcio de sua vig\u00eancia para 01\/03\/2018;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a publica\u00e7\u00e3o do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2018\/02\/09\/provimento-no-042018-disp-09022018\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Provimento CGJES n.\u00ba 04\/2018<\/a> (DJES em 09\/02\/18), que submeteu a reda\u00e7\u00e3o do Novo C\u00f3digo de Normas \u00e0 consulta p\u00fablica no per\u00edodo de 19\/02\/18 a 31\/03\/18;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO <\/strong>que, com a extens\u00e3o da <strong><em>vacatio legis<\/em><\/strong>, os interessados, caso queiram, poder\u00e3o colaborar durante o referido per\u00edodo, at\u00e9 mesmo para adaptar aos procedimentos;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong> Estender a suspens\u00e3o da efic\u00e1cia do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2017\/12\/11\/provimento-no-202017-disp-11122017-republicacao\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Provimento CGJES n.\u00ba 20\/2017<\/a>, que instituiu o Novo C\u00f3digo de Normas, at\u00e9 o t\u00e9rmino da Consulta P\u00fablica e respectiva consolida\u00e7\u00e3o dos resultados, nos termos do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2018\/02\/09\/provimento-no-042018-disp-09022018\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Provimento CGJES n.\u00ba 04\/2018<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong> Informar que, com a conclus\u00e3o dos trabalhos, ser\u00e1 publicado novo provimento fixando nova data de vig\u00eancia do C\u00f3digo de Normas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se. Registra-se.
