{"id":23013,"date":"2018-03-01T14:28:39","date_gmt":"2018-03-01T17:28:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/?p=23013"},"modified":"2018-03-01T14:28:39","modified_gmt":"2018-03-01T17:28:39","slug":"oficio-circular-no-04-2016-disp-03-02-2016","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2018\/03\/01\/oficio-circular-no-04-2016-disp-03-02-2016\/","title":{"rendered":"OF\u00cdCIO CIRCULAR N\u00ba 04\/2016 &#8211; DISP. 03\/02\/2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>CORREGEDORIA GERAL DA JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Vit\u00f3ria, 02 de fevereiro de 2016.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>OF\u00cdCIO CIRCULAR N.\u00ba 04\/2016<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Senhores not\u00e1rios e registradores das serventias de foro extrajudicial do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Desembargador <strong>RONALDO GON\u00c7ALVES DE SOUSA<\/strong>, Corregedor Geral da Justi\u00e7a, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es, e<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO <\/strong>que a Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a \u00e9 \u00f3rg\u00e3o de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, disciplina e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa, com jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o em todo o Estado, conforme art. 7\u00ba do C\u00f3digo de Normas, art. 35 da Lei Complementar Estadual n\u00ba 234\/02 e art. 37 da Lei Federal n\u00ba 8.935\/94;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que o Regimento Interno do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Esp\u00edrito Santo estabelece ser feriado forense \u201cos dias de segunda e ter\u00e7a-feira de Carnaval e quarta-feira de cinzas\u201d (art. 46, \u201cb\u201d);<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que nas aludidas datas a procura pelos servi\u00e7os notariais e registrais tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 consideravelmente reduzida;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO <\/strong>o princ\u00edpio da razoabilidade, que deve nortear o agir da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o P\u00fablica;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>DETERMINO, <\/strong>de maneira excepcional, o n\u00e3o funcionamento dos servi\u00e7os notariais e registrais do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo nos dias 08 e 10 de fevereiro de 2016, tudo sem preju\u00edzo do plant\u00e3o a que alude o artigo 531, \u00a7 2\u00ba, do C\u00f3digo de Normas.
