CGJES n.\u00ba 201600322603<\/em>)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Desembargador <strong>RONALDO GON\u00c7ALVES DE SOUSA<\/strong>, Corregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a do E. do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es e,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que a Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a \u00e9 \u00f3rg\u00e3o de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, disciplina e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa, com jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o em todo o Estado, conforme art. 35 da Lei Complementar Estadual n.\u00ba 234\/2002 (COJES).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a entrada em vigor no pr\u00f3ximo dia 18 (dezoito) de mar\u00e7o do corrente ano (2016) da Lei Federal n.\u00ba 13.105, de 16 de mar\u00e7o de 2015, que institui o novo C\u00f3digo de Processo Civil Brasileiro;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>, ent\u00e3o, a necessidade de adequar o C\u00f3digo de Normas desta Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a \u00e0 nova legisla\u00e7\u00e3o processual, bem como \u00e0s disposi\u00e7\u00f5es da Lei Estadual n.\u00ba 9.974\/2013 (novo Regimento de Custas do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo);<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>, por fim, o quanto deliberado pela Comiss\u00e3o Revisora do C\u00f3digo de Normas e aprovado pelo Exmo. Desembargador Corregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a nos autos do Processo CGJES n.\u00ba 201600322603;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>COMUNICA<\/strong> a todos os MM.
