Sr. Desembargador Corregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO <\/strong>ser a Corregedoria-Geral da Justi\u00e7a \u00d3rg\u00e3o de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, disciplina e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa com jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o em todo o Estado, conforme art. 35 da Lei Complementar Estadual n\u00ba 234\/02.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO <\/strong>a Recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o Conjunta N\u00ba 01\/2015, aprovada por decis\u00e3o plen\u00e1ria tomada no julgamento do Ato Normativo 0001607-53.2015.2.00.0000 na 223\u00aa Sess\u00e3o Ordin\u00e1ria, realizado em 15 de dezembro de 2015, subscrita pelo Exmo. Presidente do Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a, Ricardo Lewandowski, pelo Exmo. Advogado-Geral da Uni\u00e3o, Lu\u00eds In\u00e1cio Lucena Adams e pelo Exmo. Ministro de Estado da Previd\u00eancia Social, Garibaldi Alves Filho.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO <\/strong>que a Recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o Conjunta N\u00ba 01\/2015 disp\u00f5e acerca da ado\u00e7\u00e3o de procedimentos uniformes nas a\u00e7\u00f5es judiciais que envolvem a concess\u00e3o de benef\u00edcios previdenci\u00e1rios de aposentadoria por invalidez, aux\u00edlio-doen\u00e7a e aux\u00edlio-acidente, visando conferir maior racionalidade no trato dos processos previdenci\u00e1rios, em especial daqueles que envolvem benef\u00edcios previdenci\u00e1rios por incapacidade,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>DAR CI\u00caNCIA e DETERMINAR <\/strong>aos MM. Ju\u00edzes de Direto com compet\u00eancia em mat\u00e9ria previdenci\u00e1ria que observem a Recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o Conjunta N\u00ba 01\/2015, aprovada por decis\u00e3o plen\u00e1ria tomada no julgamento do Ato Normativo 0001607-53.2015.2.00.0000 na 223\u00aa Sess\u00e3o Ordin\u00e1ria, realizada em 15 de dezembro de 2015.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se.
