CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> A EDI\u00c7\u00c3O DA LEI ESTADUAL N\u00ba 9894, DE 07.08.12, QUE ALTEROU A LEI ESTADUAL N\u00ba 4847\/93 (REGIMENTO DE CUSTAS), DE 30.12.1993, NELA INSERIU A TAB. 14, PARA FINS DE REGULAMENTAR A COBRAN\u00c7A DE CUSTAS NO \u00c2MBITO DOS JUIZADOS ESPECIAIS;<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> QUE OS VALORES CONSTANTES NA LEI 9894\/12 FORAM ESTABELECIDOS EM VRTE (VALOR DE REFER\u00caNCIA DO TESOURO ESTADUAL\/ES), E QUE COMPETE \u00c0 CORREGEDORIA-GERAL DA JUSTI\u00c7A A DIVULGA\u00c7\u00c3O DOS VALORES DAS CUSTAS EM MOEDA VIGENTE, NOS TERMOS DA NOTA 3, TAB. 14, DA LEI 4847\/93;<\/p>\n

R E S O L V E:<\/strong><\/p>\n

ART. 1\u00ba<\/strong>. DETERMINAR A PUBLICA\u00c7\u00c3O DA TABELA DE CUSTAS \u00daNICAS VIGENTES NO \u00c2MBITO DOS JUIZADOS ESPECIAIS DO ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO, CONSTANTES NO ANEXO I, QUE FAZ PARTE INTEGRANTE DESTE ATO, CONTENDO OS VALORES CONVERTIDOS PARA O PADR\u00c3O MONET\u00c1RIO NACIONAL VIGENTE (REAL), EM OBSERV\u00c2NCIA \u00c0 NOTA 3, TAB. 14, DA LEI ESTADUAL N\u00ba 4847\/93, ALTERADA PELA LEI 9894\/12.<\/p>\n

ART. 2\u00ba<\/strong>. OS VALORES DE QUE TRATA ESTE ATO SER\u00c3O REAJUSTADOS ANUALMENTE, COM BASE NA VARIA\u00c7\u00c3O DA VRTE\/ES OU OUTRO \u00cdNDICE QUE O SUBSTITUA, NOS TERMOS DO ART. 2\u00ba DA LEI ESTADUAL N\u00ba 6.556\/00, de 29\/12\/2000.<\/p>\n
