Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e regimentais, com base na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2017\/02\/22\/resolucao-no-272012-publ-em-14052012\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 27\/2012<\/a>, que instituiu a Comiss\u00e3o de Seguran\u00e7a Institucional (CSI) no \u00e2mbito do Poder Judici\u00e1rio do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, e, com base ainda, nas indica\u00e7\u00f5es efetuadas pela Associa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Magistrados do Esp\u00edrito Santo (AMAGES), Pol\u00edcia Civil, Pol\u00edcia Militar e Corpo de Bombeiros Militares, tendo em vista decis\u00e3o un\u00e2nime do egr\u00e9gio Tribunal Pleno, em sess\u00e3o ordin\u00e1ria realizada no dia 05\/10\/2017, que designou o Desembargador Robson Luiz Albanez como Presidente da referida Comiss\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba <\/strong>\u2013 Alterar os integrantes da Comiss\u00e3o de Seguran\u00e7a Institucional do Poder Judici\u00e1rio do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, passando a mesma a funcionar com os seguintes membros:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Desembargador <strong>ROBSON LUIZ ALBANEZ<\/strong> \u2013 Presidente;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Juiz de Direito <strong>ELIAZER COSTA VIEIRA<\/strong> \u2013 Indicado pelo Presidente da Comiss\u00e3o de Seguran\u00e7a Institucional;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Delegada de Pol\u00edcia <strong>LARISSA LACERDA DA SILVA<\/strong> \u2013 Indicado pela Pol\u00edcia Civil;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Tenente Coronel <strong>MARCELO CORR\u00caA MUNIZ<\/strong> \u2013 Indicado pela Pol\u00edcia Militar;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Coronel <strong>ANDR\u00c9 C\u00d3 SILVA<\/strong> \u2013 Indicado pelo Corpo de Bombeiros Militar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>PUBLIQUE-SE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria, 06 de abril de 2018.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>DES.
