ATO NORMATIVO CONJUNTO N\u00ba 011\/2014<\/strong><\/p>\n

INSTITUI O REORDENAMENTO DAS REAVALI\u00c7\u00d5ES DOS SOCIOEDUCANDOS DAS REGI\u00d5ES NORTE E METROPOLITANA.<\/em><\/p>\n

O Excelent\u00edssimo<\/strong> Senhor Desembargador<\/strong> S\u00c9RGIO BIZZOTTO PESSOA DE MENDON\u00c7A<\/strong>, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, e a Excelent\u00edssima<\/strong> Senhora Desembargadora<\/strong> Eliana Junqueira Munh\u00f3s Ferreira<\/strong>, Supervisora das Varas da Inf\u00e2ncia e Juventude do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, no(s) uso(s) de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais,<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a expressa determina\u00e7\u00e3o do CONSELHO NACIONAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A (CNJ), contida na Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 165, de 16 de Novembro de 2012, em seu artigo 24, para que as unidades do Poder Judici\u00e1rio, com compet\u00eancia em mat\u00e9ria da Inf\u00e2ncia e Juventude, implantem mecanismos que permitam o controle, bem como a revis\u00e3o dos prazos das medidas socioeducativas;<\/p>\n

RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba.<\/strong> Realizar o REORDENAMENTO DAS REAVALI\u00c7\u00d5ES DOS SOCIOEDUCANDOS DAS REGI\u00d5ES NORTE E METROPOLITANA, desde que os SOCIOEDUCANDOS estejam internados na forma definitiva em unidades da Regi\u00e3o Metropolitana de Vit\u00f3ria.<\/p>\n

Par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico. Este reordenamento ser\u00e1 supervisionado pela Exma. Ju\u00edza de Direito, Dra. Viviane Brito Borille, em exerc\u00edcio na 2\u00aa Vara da Inf\u00e2ncia e Juventude de Vit\u00f3ria.<\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong>. A Equipe de Trabalho que atuar\u00e1 no REORDENAMENTO DAS REAVALI\u00c7\u00d5ES DOS SOCIOEDUCANDOS DAS REGI\u00d5ES NORTE E METROPOLITANA SER\u00c1 A MESMA que j\u00e1 atua de acordo com o ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 35\/2014<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba<\/strong>. As atividades do REORDENAMENTO DAS REAVALI\u00c7\u00d5ES DOS SOCIOEDUCANDOS DAS REGI\u00d5ES NORTE E METROPOLITANA ocorrer\u00e3o nas unidades de interna\u00e7\u00e3o provis\u00f3ria da Regi\u00e3o Metropolitana de Vit\u00f3ria nas seguintes datas:<\/p>\n

I – 15 e 16 de maio de 2014: execu\u00e7\u00f5es de adolescentes da regi\u00e3o metropolitana de Vit\u00f3ria;<\/p>\n

II – 28 e 29 de maio de 2014: execu\u00e7\u00f5es de adolescentes da regi\u00e3o norte que est\u00e3o internados na regi\u00e3o metropolitana de Vit\u00f3ria.<\/p>\n

Art. 4\u00ba<\/strong>. Antes das atividades do REORDENAMENTO DAS REAVALI\u00c7\u00d5ES, dever\u00e1 ser juntada a \u00faltima reavalia\u00e7\u00e3o do socioeducando elaborado pela equipe t\u00e9cnica aos autos da execu\u00e7\u00e3o de medida socioeducativa.<\/p>\n

Art. 5\u00ba<\/strong>. A Vara da Inf\u00e2ncia e Juventude de Linhares dever\u00e1 remeter todos os processos de execu\u00e7\u00e3o de medidas socioeducativas dos adolescentes que est\u00e3o internados na Regi\u00e3o Metropolitana de Vit\u00f3ria at\u00e9 o dia 16 de maio de 2014 para a 2\u00aa Vara da Inf\u00e2ncia e Juventude de Vit\u00f3ria.<\/p>\n

Par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico. Os processos dever\u00e3o ser devolvidos para a Vara da Inf\u00e2ncia e Juventude de Linhares at\u00e9 o dia 06 de junho de 2014.<\/p>\n

Art. 6\u00ba<\/strong>. Este ato de servi\u00e7o entra em vigor na data da sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n
