Sr. Desembargador Corregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, Desembargador SAMUEL MEIRA BRASIL JR. no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e:<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"pt-BR\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong><\/span><span lang=\"pt-BR\">\u00a0que a Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a \u00e9 \u00f3rg\u00e3o de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, disciplina e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa do foro judicial, com jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o em todo o Estado, conforme artigo 35 da Lei Complementar Estadual n.\u00ba 234\/2002 e artigo 7\u00ba do C\u00f3digo de Normas;<\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>\u00a0a\u00a0<span lang=\"pt-BR\">recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o direcionada para esta Corregedoria da Justi\u00e7a Estadual no item 25 do Relat\u00f3rio de Inspe\u00e7\u00e3o em estabelecimentos penais do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, elaborado em conjunto pelo Conselho Nacional de Pol\u00edtica Criminal e Penitenci\u00e1ria \u2013 CNPCP e pela Ouvidoria Nacional de Servi\u00e7os Penais do DEPEN, no per\u00edodo de 13 a 15 de julho de 2016;<\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><strong>ORIENTAR<\/strong>\u00a0aos Magistrados com compet\u00eancia em mat\u00e9ria criminal que acompanhem, dentro das suas possibilidadades, as inspe\u00e7\u00f5es realizadas aos estabelecimentos penais pelos Ju\u00edzes da execu\u00e7\u00e3o, para conhecimento das unidades e suas demandas.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><strong>Publique-se.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\">Vit\u00f3ria-ES, 17 de dezembro de 2018.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"center\"><strong>Desembargador SAMUEL MEIRA BRASIL JR.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong>Corregedor Geral da Justi\u00e7a<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO CORREGEDORIA GERAL DA JUSTI\u00c7A OF\u00cdCIO CIRCULAR N.\u00ba 230\/2018 O Exmo.
