Sr. Desembargador Corregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, Desembargador SAMUEL MEIRA BRASIL JR. no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e:<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>\u00a0que a Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a \u00e9 \u00f3rg\u00e3o de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, disciplina e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa do foro extrajudicial, com jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o em todo o Estado, conforme art. 35 da Lei Complementar Estadual n\u00ba 234\/2002 (COJES) c\/c art. 37 da Lei Federal n\u00ba 8.935\/94;<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>\u00a0o pedido formulado no expediente n\u00ba 7005095-63.2018.8.08.0000 pela Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Acre, em raz\u00e3o das in\u00fameras correspond\u00eancias emanadas dos Ju\u00edzos C\u00edveis de diversas Comarcas do pa\u00eds, solicitando disponibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de valores, penhoras no rosto dos autos e mandados de pagamento, advindos dos cumprimentos individuais da senten\u00e7a coletiva da A\u00e7\u00e3o Civil P\u00fablica n\u00ba 0800224-44.2013.8.01.0001 (TELEXFREE), em tr\u00e2mite na 2\u00aa Vara C\u00edvel da Comarca de Rio Branco\/AC;<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>DAR CI\u00caNCIA<\/strong>\u00a0a todos os Magistrado com compet\u00eancia c\u00edvel do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo do conte\u00fado dos ofi&#8217;cios encaminhados a esta Corregedoria, da lavra da Exma.
