Sr. Desembargador Corregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, Desembargador SAMUEL MEIRA BRASIL JR. no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e:<\/div>\n<div class=\"override-text\" align=\"justify\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO\u00a0<\/strong>que a Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a \u00e9 \u00f3rg\u00e3o de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, disciplina e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa do foro judicial, com jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o em todo o Estado, conforme art. 35 da Lei Complementar Estadual n.\u00ba 234\/2002 (COJES);<\/div>\n<div class=\"override-text\" align=\"justify\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO\u00a0<\/strong>o pedido formulado pelo SINDIJUDICI\u00c1RIO\/ES no expediente 7003525-42.2018.8.08.0000, em tr\u00e2mite nesta Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a;<\/div>\n<div class=\"override-text\" align=\"justify\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"override-text\" align=\"justify\"><strong>ORIENTAR\u00a0<\/strong>a todos os Ju\u00edzes de Direito Diretores dos Foros das Comarcas do Esp\u00edrito Santo que fa\u00e7am constar, nas atas dos plant\u00f5es realizados, o nome do Oficial de Justi\u00e7a Plantonista das microrregi\u00f5es que estiver escalado em regime de\u00a0sobreaviso, ainda que n\u00e3o seja acionado, bem como a informa\u00e7\u00e3o se o Oficial de Justi\u00e7a escalado foi efetivamente\u00a0acionado ou n\u00e3o.<\/div>\n<div class=\"override-text\" align=\"justify\"><strong>Publique-se.<\/strong><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"override-text\" align=\"justify\">Vit\u00f3ria\/ES, 30 de janeiro de 2019.<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Des.
