CORREGEDORIA GERAL DA JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n ATO ASSINADO PELO EXCELENT\u00cdSSIMO SENHOR CORREGEDOR GERAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A NESTA DATA<\/strong><\/p>\n ATO N\u00ba 42\/2019<\/strong><\/p>\n O EXCELENT\u00cdSSIMO SENHOR DESEMBARGADOR SAMUEL MEIRA BRASIL J\u00daNIOR, CORREGEDOR GERAL DA JUSTI\u00c7A DO ESTADO DO ESPIRITO SANTO, NO USO DE SUAS ATRIBUI\u00c7\u00d5ES E<\/strong><\/p>\n CONSIDERANDO\u00a0<\/strong>o que disp\u00f5e o item 8.8 do Edital n\u00ba 01\/2006, que instituiu o concurso de atividade notarial e de registro do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo;<\/p>\n CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>\u00a0a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o da audi\u00eancia de escolha das serventias extrajudiciais vagas no dia 18.12.2018;<\/p>\n CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>\u00a0que n\u00e3o h\u00e1 ordem judicial expressa na ADI n\u00ba 5.681\/ES, sob a Relatoria da Exma.
