Sr. Desembargador Corregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e,<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO\u00a0<\/strong>que a Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a \u00e9 \u00f3rg\u00e3o de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, disciplina e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa, com circunscri\u00e7\u00e3o em todo o Estado, conforme art. 35 da Lei Complementar Estadual n\u00ba 234\/2002 (COJES);<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>\u00a0a publica\u00e7\u00e3o do Provimento n\u00ba 56\/2016 do Concelho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a;<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"pt-BR\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong><\/span><span lang=\"pt-BR\">\u00a0que<\/span><span lang=\"pt-BR\">\u00a0o\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"pt-BR\">referido\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"pt-BR\">Provimento disp\u00f5e sobre a obrigatoriedade de consulta ao Registro Central de Testamentos On-line (RCTO) para processar os invent\u00e1rios e partilhas judiciais e lavrar escrituras p\u00fablicas de invent\u00e1rios extrajudiciais,\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"pt-BR\">conforme consta em anexo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"pt-BR\"><strong>RECOMENDO<\/strong><\/span><span lang=\"pt-BR\">\u00a0aos\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"pt-BR\">delegat\u00e1rios<\/span><span lang=\"pt-BR\">\u00a0e a quem mais possa interessar, que observem\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"pt-BR\">o\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"pt-BR\">Provimento\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"pt-BR\">supracitad<\/span><span lang=\"pt-BR\">o<\/span><span lang=\"pt-BR\">\u00a0e adotem as provid\u00eancias que entenderem pertinentes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Publique-se.
