Sr. Desembargador Corregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e,<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"pt-BR\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><span lang=\"pt-BR\">que a Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a \u00e9 \u00f3rg\u00e3o de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, disciplina e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa, com circunscri\u00e7\u00e3o em todo o Estado, conforme art. 35 da Lei Complementar Estadual n\u00ba 234\/2002 (COJES);<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"pt-BR\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong><\/span><span lang=\"pt-BR\">\u00a0o recebimento do expediente 2018.01.149.251 da lavra da delegat\u00e1ria Titular do Cart\u00f3rio do de Registro Civil e Tabelionato de notas do Distrito de Jabaquara \u2013 Comarca de Anchieta;<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"pt-BR\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong><\/span><span lang=\"pt-BR\">\u00a0que o referido expediente informa sobre a falsifica\u00e7\u00e3o de selo de reconhecimento de firma, conforme consta em anexo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"pt-BR\"><strong>RECOMENDO<\/strong><\/span><span lang=\"pt-BR\">\u00a0aos Ju\u00edzes de Direito Diretores dos F\u00f3runs, Membros do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, Advogados, Not\u00e1rios e Registradores, Serventu\u00e1rios e a quem mais possa interessar, que observem o expediente supracitado e adotem as provid\u00eancias que entenderem pertinentes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"pt-BR\"><strong>Publique-se.
