CONSIDERANDO\u00a0<\/strong>o que disp\u00f5e o item 8.8 do Edital n\u00ba 01\/2006, que instituiu o concurso de atividade notarial e de registro do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo;<\/p>\n CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>\u00a0a decis\u00e3o proferida, em 14.05.2019, pelo eminente Ministro Relator Napole\u00e3o Nunes Maia Filho no bojo do RMS n\u00ba 5.1457\/ES, que assim determinou:
