PJES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>CORREGEDORIA GERAL DA JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>OF\u00cdCIO CIRCULAR CGJES 0157818\/7002439-02.2019.8.08.0000<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Senhores Delegat\u00e1rios respons\u00e1veis pelos servi\u00e7os notariais e de registro do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo,<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>O Desembargador\u00a0<strong>SAMUEL MEIRA BRASIL JR.<\/strong>, Corregedor Geral da Justi\u00e7a, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es, e<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO\u00a0<\/strong>que a Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a \u00e9 \u00f3rg\u00e3o de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, disciplina e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa, com jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o em todo o Estado, conforme o art. 7\u00ba do C\u00f3digo de Normas, art. 35 da Lei Complementar Estadual n\u00ba 234\/02 e art. 37 da Lei Federal n\u00ba 8.935\/94;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>\u00a0que a Corregedoria Nacional de Justi\u00e7a, no pedido de provid\u00eancias n.\u00ba 011283-20.2018.2.00.0000, visa ao cumprimento do Provimento n.\u00ba 74, de 31 de julho de 2018;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO\u00a0<\/strong>que a norma t\u00e9cnica em refer\u00eancia prev\u00ea a ado\u00e7\u00e3o de padr\u00f5es m\u00ednimos de tecnologia da informa\u00e7\u00e3o pelos cart\u00f3rios notariais e de registro, de acordo com as classes 1, 2 e 3, definidas no seu anexo, com o objetivo de garantir a seguran\u00e7a, integridade e disponibilidade de dados para a continuidade dos servi\u00e7os p\u00fablicos;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO\u00a0<\/strong>a Decis\u00e3o proferida nos autos do pedido de provid\u00eancias n.\u00ba 7002439-02.2019.8.08.0000, no \u00e2mbito deste \u00f3rg\u00e3o censor;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>DETERMINAR<\/strong>\u00a0aos Delegat\u00e1rios respons\u00e1veis pelos servi\u00e7os notariais e de registro que adotem os padr\u00f5es m\u00ednimos de tecnologia da informa\u00e7\u00e3o previstos no anexo do Provimento n.\u00ba 74, de 31 de julho de 2018, de acordo com a sua classe, comunicando a esta Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a as provid\u00eancias tomadas, e, em caso negativo, apresentando as justificativas, no prazo de 10 (dez) dias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Publique-se.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Vit\u00f3ria\/ES, 18 de junho de 2019.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>SAMUEL MEIRA BRASIL JUNIOR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>CORREGEDOR<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO DO ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO &#8211;
