Sr. Desembargador Corregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, Desembargador SAMUEL MEIRA BRASIL JR. no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>\u00a0que a Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a \u00e9 \u00f3rg\u00e3o de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, disciplina e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa do foro judicial, com jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o em todo o Estado, conforme art. 35 da Lei Complementar Estadual n.\u00ba 234\/2002 (COJES);<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO\u00a0<\/strong>o que se tem constatado acerca da ocorr\u00eancia do fen\u00f4meno da prescri\u00e7\u00e3o, como causa de extin\u00e7\u00e3o da punibilidade, em v\u00e1rias fases da persecu\u00e7\u00e3o penal, frustrando a pretens\u00e3o punitiva do Estado;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO\u00a0<\/strong>as solicita\u00e7\u00f5es formuladas pelo Exmo. Supervisor das Varas Criminais e de Execu\u00e7\u00f5es Penais, Des. Fernando Zardini Antonio, por meio dos OF\u00cdCIOS SUEXP n\u00ba. 390\/2018 e n.\u00ba 283\/2019;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>DAR CI\u00caNCIA<\/strong>\u00a0a todos os Magistrado com compet\u00eancia criminal do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo acerca dos termos do of\u00edcio SUEXP n\u00ba 283\/2019 da lavra do Exmo.
