CJE n\u00ba 492\/2013, da lavra da Exma. Sra. Dra. Giselle Onigkeit, MM. Ju\u00edza de Direito, Coordenadora dos Juizados Especiais, solicitando manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da suspens\u00e3o, at\u00e9 ulterior delibera\u00e7\u00e3o, da distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de novos processos para o 1\u00ba Juizado Especial C\u00edvel Adjunto de Vit\u00f3ria (Procon), no intuito de viabilizar o funcionamento regular do referido Juizado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o disposto no Art. 58 da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 15\/95 &#8211; Regimento Interno do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado o Esp\u00edrito Santo, que atribui ao Presidente compet\u00eancia geral para exercer a superintend\u00eancia de todo o servi\u00e7o judici\u00e1rio, na qualidade de Chefe da Magistratura do Estado;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>DETERMINAR<\/strong> a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da suspens\u00e3o, at\u00e9 ulterior delibera\u00e7\u00e3o, da distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de novos processos para o 1\u00ba Juizado Especial C\u00edvel Adjunto de Vit\u00f3ria (Procon), pelas raz\u00f5es expostas acima.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria, 7 de agosto de 2013.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Desembargador Pedro Valls Feu Rasa<br \/>\nPresidente<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SA PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A ATO NORMATIVO n\u00ba 103\/2013 O Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador Pedro Valls Feu Rosa, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, e CONSIDERANDO os termos do OF.
