Sr. Desembargador Corregedor Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, Desembargador\u00a0<strong>NEY BATISTA COUTINHO<\/strong>\u00a0no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>\u00a0que a Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a \u00e9 \u00f3rg\u00e3o de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, disciplina e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa do foro judicial e extrajudicial, com jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o em todo o Estado, conforme artigo 35 da Lei Complementar Estadual n.\u00ba 234\/2002 (COJES);<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>\u00a0que a Lei Federal n\u00ba 12.037\/2009 disp\u00f5e sobre a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o criminal do civilmente identificado;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO\u00a0<\/strong>a publica\u00e7\u00e3o da Medida Provis\u00f3ria n\u00ba 905\/2019, que revogou o art. 2\u00ba, II, da Lei Federal n\u00ba 12.037\/2009, retirando a ;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>\u00a0o requerimento do Sindicato dos Not\u00e1rios e Registradores do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo \u2013 SINOREG\/ES por meio do Of\u00edcio SINOREG n\u00ba 044\/2019 (expediente n\u00ba 201901852337);<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>DAR CI\u00caNCIA<\/strong>\u00a0aos delegat\u00e1rios do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo da Medida Provis\u00f3ria n\u00ba 905\/2019, que, ao revogar o art. 2\u00ba, II, da Lei Federal n\u00ba 12.037\/2009, excluiu a Carteira de Trabalho \u2013 CTPS do rol de documentos h\u00e1bil de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o civil dos usu\u00e1rios das serventias extrajudiciais.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Publique-se.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Vit\u00f3ria\/ES, 09 de janeiro de 2020.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Corregedor Geral da Justi\u00e7a<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO CORREGEDORIA GERAL DA JUSTI\u00c7A OF\u00cdCIO CIRCULAR CGJES 0311283\/7006973-86.2019.8.08.0000 O Exmo.
