Sr. Desembargador Corregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, Desembargador NEY BATISTA COUTINHO no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>\u00a0que a Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a \u00e9 \u00f3rg\u00e3o de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, disciplina e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa do foro extrajudicial, com jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o em todo o Estado, conforme art. 35 da Lei Complementar Estadual n.\u00ba 234\/2002 (COJES) c\/c art. 37 da Lei Federal n.\u00ba 8.935\/94;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>\u00a0o despacho dos autos n\u00b0 0004693-27.2018.2.00.0000 da Corregedoria Nacional de Justi\u00e7a, que disp\u00f5e sobre o Provimento n\u00b0 63\/2017 da Corregedoria Nacional de Justi\u00e7a, no sentido de exigir a averba\u00e7\u00e3o de CPF para expedi\u00e7\u00e3o de 2\u00aa via de assento de registro civil com exce\u00e7\u00e3o das pessoas j\u00e1 falecidas que n\u00e3o detinham tal cadastro em vida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>DAR CI\u00caNCIA<\/strong>\u00a0a todos os Registradores Civis do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo da orienta\u00e7\u00e3o da Corregedoria Nacional de Justi\u00e7a, acerca da interpreta\u00e7\u00e3o da norma contida no art. 6\u00ba do Provimento n\u00b0 63\/2017, ou seja, que deve ser interpretado no sentido de exigir a averba\u00e7\u00e3o de CPF para expedi\u00e7\u00e3o de 2\u00aa via de assento de registro civil com exce\u00e7\u00e3o das pessoas j\u00e1 falecidas que n\u00e3o detinham tal cadastro em vida, para a continuidade da atividade pelos servi\u00e7os de registro do Brasil, bem como\u00a0<strong>DETERMINAR SUA INTEGRAL OBSERV\u00c2NCIA<\/strong>\u00a0pelos delegat\u00e1rios dos servi\u00e7os extrajudiciais, tudo de conformidade com a decis\u00e3o em em anexo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Publique-se.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Vit\u00f3ria\/ES, 30 de agosto de 2019.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Desembargador\u00a0NEY BATISTA COUTINHO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Corregedor Geral da Justi\u00e7a<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/sistemas.tjes.jus.br\/ediario\/images\/CNJ_-_PROVIMENTO_N%C2%BA_63_-_publicado_14-11-2017-_Registro_Socioafetivo_copia.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ANEXO &#8211; CLIQUE AQUI<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO DO ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO &#8211; PJES CORREGEDORIA GERAL DA JUSTI\u00c7A OF\u00cdCIO CIRCULAR CGJES 0208234\/7003434-49.2018.8.08.0000 O Exmo.
