Tribunal Pleno na sess\u00e3o realizada em 30 de janeiro de 2020;<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">RESOLVE:<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Art. 1\u00ba &#8211;\u00a0Fica revogada a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2018\/02\/26\/resolucao-no-07-2018-disp-26-02-2018\/\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00b007\/2018<\/a>, publicada no Di\u00e1rio da Justi\u00e7a em 26 de fevereiro de 2018.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Art. 2\u00ba &#8211; Esta Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Publique-se.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Vit\u00f3ria, 31 de janeiro de 2020.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"justify\"><strong>DES.
