Sr. Desembargador Corregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, Desembargador SAMUEL MEIRA BRASIL JR. no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>\u00a0que a Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a \u00e9 \u00f3rg\u00e3o de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, disciplina e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa do foro extrajudicial, com jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o em todo o Estado, conforme art. 35 da Lei Complementar Estadual n.\u00ba 234\/2002 (COJES) c\/c art. 37 da Lei Federal n.\u00ba 8.935\/94;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>\u00a0a republica\u00e7\u00e3o da Recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 40\/2019 da Corregedoria Nacional de Justi\u00e7a, que disp\u00f5e sobre os prazos e informa\u00e7\u00f5es a serem prestadas ao Sistema Nacional de Informa\u00e7\u00f5es de Registro Civil \u2013 SIRC pelas serventias extrajudiciais de registro de pessoas naturais.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>DAR CI\u00caNCIA<\/strong>\u00a0a todos as serventias extrajudiciais de Registro Civil de Pessoas Naturais\u00a0do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo acerca da\u00a0<strong>republica\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0<\/strong>da Recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 40\/2019\u00a0da Corregedoria Nacional de Justi\u00e7a, conforme decis\u00e3o do Exmo.
